1. Giới thiệu 1. Introduction

White Neuron Company Limited ("White Neuron", "chúng tôi") xây dựng và vận hành nền tảng Sense Sphere tại sensesphere.ai. Chính sách này mô tả cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân của bạn khi sử dụng dịch vụ.

White Neuron Company Limited ("White Neuron", "we") builds and operates the Sense Sphere platform at sensesphere.ai. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our services.

2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập 2. Information We Collect

• Thông tin tài khoản: email, tên người dùng, mật khẩu đã mã hoá khi bạn tạo tài khoản. Account information: email, username, hashed password when you register.
• Thông tin hồ sơ: họ tên, ảnh đại diện (tuỳ chọn). Profile information: full name, avatar (optional).
• Nội dung hội thoại: tin nhắn bạn gửi và nhận từ chatbot trong phiên chat. Chat content: messages you send and receive from chatbots during sessions.
• Thông tin kỹ thuật: địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt, thiết bị, thời gian truy cập. Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, access timestamps.
• Dữ liệu sử dụng: số lượng tin nhắn, token tiêu thụ, gói dịch vụ đang dùng. Usage data: message count, token consumption, active service plan.

3. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin 3. How We Use Your Information

• Vận hành và cải thiện dịch vụ Sense Sphere. Operate and improve the Sense Sphere service.
• Quản lý tài khoản, xác thực và phân quyền. Manage accounts, authentication and authorization.
• Theo dõi hạn mức sử dụng và lập hoá đơn. Monitor usage quotas and billing.
• Phát hiện và ngăn chặn hành vi gian lận hoặc vi phạm điều khoản. Detect and prevent fraud or terms violations.
• Liên lạc với bạn về tài khoản, cập nhật dịch vụ và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật. Contact you regarding your account, service updates and technical support.

4. Chia sẻ thông tin 4. Information Sharing

Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân của bạn. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ thông tin trong các trường hợp sau:

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information in the following cases:

• Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ AI (Google Gemini, LMStudio...) để xử lý nội dung hội thoại — theo hợp đồng bảo mật. AI service providers (Google Gemini, LMStudio…) to process chat content — under data processing agreements.
• Khi có yêu cầu hợp pháp từ cơ quan chức năng theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam. When legally required by Vietnamese authorities under applicable law.
• Trong trường hợp mua bán, sáp nhập công ty — bạn sẽ được thông báo trước. In case of company acquisition or merger — you will be notified in advance.

5. Lưu trữ và bảo mật 5. Storage and Security

Dữ liệu được lưu trữ trên máy chủ bảo mật tại Việt Nam. Chúng tôi áp dụng mã hoá HTTPS, mật khẩu được băm bằng thuật toán an toàn (bcrypt/PBKDF2), và kiểm soát truy cập theo vai trò. Tuy nhiên, không có hệ thống nào là tuyệt đối an toàn — vui lòng bảo vệ mật khẩu của bạn và thông báo ngay nếu phát hiện truy cập trái phép.

Data is stored on secured servers in Vietnam. We use HTTPS encryption, passwords are hashed with secure algorithms (bcrypt/PBKDF2), and access is controlled by role. However, no system is completely secure — please protect your password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Quyền của bạn 6. Your Rights

• Truy cập và xuất dữ liệu cá nhân của mình. Access and export your personal data.
• Yêu cầu chỉnh sửa thông tin không chính xác. Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Yêu cầu xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu liên quan. Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Phản đối hoặc giới hạn việc xử lý dữ liệu của bạn. Object to or restrict processing of your data.

7. Cookie và theo dõi 7. Cookies and Tracking

Chúng tôi sử dụng cookie phiên (session cookie) để duy trì trạng thái đăng nhập và cookie tuỳ chọn giao diện (theme, ngôn ngữ). Chúng tôi không dùng cookie theo dõi quảng cáo của bên thứ ba.

We use session cookies to maintain login state and preference cookies (theme, language). We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.

8. Trẻ em 8. Children

Dịch vụ không dành cho người dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu chúng tôi phát hiện tài khoản thuộc về trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi, tài khoản đó sẽ bị xoá ngay.

The service is not intended for children under 13. If we discover an account belongs to a child under 13, it will be immediately deleted.

9. Thay đổi chính sách 9. Policy Changes

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này định kỳ. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo qua email hoặc banner trên trang web. Ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối" ở đầu trang sẽ được điều chỉnh tương ứng.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a banner on the website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be adjusted accordingly.
