Hai chỉ số chính kiểm soát mức sử dụng của gói dịch vụ The two main metrics that control plan usage
- Chỉ tính tin nhắn bot phản hồi — tin nhắn người dùng gửi không tính. Only bot response messages are counted — user messages are free.
- Reset về 0 vào ngày 1 hàng tháng (theo múi giờ UTC+7). Resets to 0 on the 1st of each month (UTC+7 timezone).
- Khi đạt giới hạn: bot tự động từ chối phản hồi mới và hiển thị thông báo hết quota. When limit is reached: bot refuses new responses and shows a quota-exceeded notice.
- ℹ Gói Enterprise / Testing có giới hạn = 0, nghĩa là không giới hạn. Enterprise / Testing plans have limit = 0, meaning unlimited.
- Token ≈ ¾ từ tiếng Anh, hoặc ~1.5 ký tự tiếng Việt. 1 tin nhắn ≈ 5,000–15,000 token (gồm ngữ cảnh RAG). Token ≈ ¾ of an English word. 1 response ≈ 5,000–15,000 tokens (including RAG context).
- Tính tổng prompt + completion + cache của mỗi lần gọi AI. Counted as total prompt + completion + cache tokens per AI call.
- Cũng reset vào ngày 1 hàng tháng. Also resets on the 1st of each month.
- ℹ Token limit = dự phòng thứ hai. Thường nhắn hết tin nhắn trước khi hết token. Token limit is a secondary guardrail. You'll usually hit the message limit before the token limit.

Quy trình kích hoạt Activation Process

Gửi tới [email protected] với tiêu đề "Đăng ký gói Sense Sphere [Tên gói]", kèm tên dự án (B2B) hoặc tài khoản người dùng (B2C). Send to [email protected] with subject "Sense Sphere Plan Registration [Plan Name]", including your project name (B2B) or user account (B2C).
White Neuron sẽ gửi hóa đơn trong vòng vài giờ. Thanh toán qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng hoặc PayPal. White Neuron will send an invoice within a few hours. Payment via bank transfer or PayPal.
Sau khi thanh toán xác nhận, White Neuron kích hoạt gói trực tiếp trên hệ thống. Bạn sẽ nhận email xác nhận. After payment is confirmed, White Neuron activates the plan directly on the system. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Trợ lý AI tự nhận quota mới. Kiểm tra tại trang Gói của tôi hoặc dashboard dự án. Your assistant automatically uses the new quota. Check at My Package or the project dashboard.

Quota reset vào lúc nào trong tháng? When exactly does the quota reset? +
Gói dự án: reset vào 00:00:00 ngày 1 hàng tháng theo múi giờ UTC+7 (giờ Hà Nội). Hệ thống tự reset — không cần thao tác gì.
Gói cá nhân: reset theo chu kỳ thanh toán — vào đúng ngày mua gói mỗi tháng (ví dụ: mua ngày 20/03 → reset ngày 20/04, 20/05, …). Tự động điều chỉnh nếu tháng không đủ số ngày.
Project plans: at 00:00:00 on the 1st of each month in UTC+7 (Hanoi time). The system resets automatically — no action needed.
Personal plans: on a billing cycle — the same day-of-month as the purchase date (e.g. bought on Mar 20 → resets Apr 20, May 20, …). Automatically adjusted for shorter months.

The bot displays a "Cycle message limit reached" notice and refuses new responses until the quota resets (start of next cycle) or you upgrade. Chat data and bot configuration are not deleted.

Gói cá nhân (scope=user) được gắn với bản ghi UserPackage — gắn trực tiếp vào tài khoản người dùng. Gói doanh nghiệp (scope=project) được gắn với bản ghi ProjectModel — dùng chung cho tất cả bot trong dự án. Hệ thống kiểm tra quota riêng biệt cho từng loại.
Personal plans (scope=user) are tied to a UserPackage record — linked directly to a user account. Business plans (scope=project) are tied to a ProjectModel record — shared across all bots in the project. Quota is checked independently for each type.
