Sense Sphere là nền tảng phần mềm quản lý và triển khai trợ lý AI dưới dạng dịch vụ (SaaS — Software as a Service). Toàn bộ quy trình cung cấp dịch vụ được thực hiện qua môi trường internet, không liên quan đến hàng hóa vật lý.
Sense Sphere is an AI assistant management and deployment platform delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The entire service delivery process is conducted over the internet, with no physical goods involved.
2. Phương thức giao nhận 2. Delivery Method
Sau khi thanh toán thành công, White Neuron thực hiện "giao nhận" dịch vụ theo các bước sau:

Đối với gói Personal (người dùng cá nhân)
- Hệ thống tự động kích hoạt tài khoản người dùng lên gói trả phí tương ứng.
- Người dùng nhận email xác nhận với thông tin chi tiết về gói dịch vụ, hạn sử dụng và hướng dẫn truy cập.
- Tất cả tính năng của gói mới được mở khóa ngay lập tức trong trang Dashboard.
For Personal Plans (individual users)
- The system automatically activates the user account to the corresponding paid plan.
- User receives a confirmation email with plan details, expiration date and access instructions.
- All features of the new plan are unlocked immediately in the Dashboard.
Đối với gói Project (doanh nghiệp)
- Hệ thống tự động nâng cấp dự án được chỉ định lên gói trả phí tương ứng.
- Admin dự án nhận email xác nhận và có thể quản lý thành viên, bot trong Dashboard.
- Nếu cần hỗ trợ cấu hình đặc biệt, đội ngũ kỹ thuật White Neuron sẽ liên hệ trong vòng 24 giờ làm việc.
For Project Plans (enterprise)
- The system automatically upgrades the designated project to the corresponding paid plan.
- Project admin receives a confirmation email and can manage members and bots in the Dashboard.
- If special configuration support is needed, White Neuron's technical team will contact within 24 business hours.
3. Thời gian giao nhận 3. Delivery Time
Dịch vụ được cung cấp tức thì (real-time) sau khi thanh toán được xác nhận. Không có thời gian chờ giao hàng vật lý. Trường hợp hệ thống gặp sự cố kỹ thuật và không thể kích hoạt ngay, White Neuron sẽ xử lý trong vòng tối đa 2 giờ làm việc.
The service is delivered instantly (real-time) upon payment confirmation. There is no physical delivery waiting time. In case of technical issues preventing immediate activation, White Neuron will resolve within a maximum of 2 business hours.
4. Không giao nhận hàng hóa vật lý No Physical Goods Delivery
Lưu ý quan trọng: Sense Sphere là dịch vụ phần mềm 100% kỹ thuật số. Chúng tôi không giao nhận bất kỳ hàng hóa vật lý nào, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: thiết bị, USB, tài liệu in ấn, tem nhãn, hoặc sản phẩm hữu hình khác. Mọi quyền sử dụng dịch vụ đều được cấp thông qua tài khoản người dùng trên nền tảng sensesphere.ai.
Important notice: Sense Sphere is a 100% digital software service. We do not deliver any physical goods, including but not limited to: devices, USB drives, printed documents, labels, or other tangible products. All service rights are granted through user accounts on the sensesphere.ai platform.
